The Governance working group explores strategies that could be used to govern a software development project and the ongoing maintenance of that software.

Current activities:

  • Talk with representatives from other open source projects to learn from their experience.
  • Read materials related to governance of open source projects.
  • Develop summary of best practices in governance of open source projects.
  • Post information about the group’s work and related readings in a place accessible to others.
