he Communications working group seeks ways to share information about the OLE Project. The group  develops news releases, posts announcements, develops materials for presentations and looks for opportunities to discuss the OLE Project at conferences and meetings.

Current activites:

• Reviewing website for consistent, concise and up to date information about the project
• Developing a one-page flyer about OLE for conferences, information packets (web and print versions)
• Creating a PPT template with 5-6 key slides that others can build on
• Creating some graphic images, diagrams, etc. that could be used in presentation
• Establishing blogging guidelines
• Setting up a Flickr stream we can all contribute to
