This group will follow up on the regional design workshops. (We may need to have several groups; organization will be determined as the workshops are carried out.) This group will consolidate the information gathered from the workshops and organize it so as to be useful for the January OLE Project meeting. More information will be added here later in November.

Current activities:

• Collecting the BPM models from the regional workshops and linking them where they can be accessed by others.
• Developing a summary BPM model for each workflow based on the drafts submitted.
• Identifying areas of overlap with other workflows, or unresolved issues related to the workflow being mapped.
• Actively soliciting feedback on the workflow model from within and outside of the partners group.
• Posting summary information in a location that can be easily accessed during the January OLE meeting.
