The Adobe Connect web page with the recorded visuals is indexed based on events such as slide changes and chat entries. Click on the icon next to the play/pause button near the bottom left of the screen to see the index or to filter certain types of events in the recording. You can also drag the cursor in the slider bar to advance to a specific point in time. While listening to the audio, press 5 to return to the beginning, 7 to back up, 8 to pause and 9 to advance.

  1. Viewing the webcast I was struck by the desire to analyse and enable business processes. Whilst being a key element of a service oriented approach, we have recently been discussing locally whether this is helpful in the context of a University, where we also need to consider, and probably prioritise, research processes, teaching processes, and learning processes, the core of what we are there for. These are business processes, but can usefully be considered in the light of their particular contexts.
